This Burgundy made 100% from Chardonnay grape variety is a fresh wine which expresses it self fully in its youth. It reveals very flatting flotral and fruity notes (white flowers citrus fruits pear). The plate is harmonious aromatic with a beautiful persistence on thefish. It is perfect as an aperitif but also as an aperitif hors d'oeuvre and raw vegetables.
