Origin

A Burgundy village where the 32 cultivated hectares are expressed in a very diverse way depending on the climates, such as Blackberries. Its slopes, exposed to the East, are at the gates of the Grand site of the Roche de Solutré, 5 kilometres from Mâcon.

Nose

Nose:

A dry wine with a subtle bouquet of acacia flower with very mineral notes (flint notes).
Taste

Taste:

Aromas of peach and citrus (lemon, grapefruit), when it is young. After 3 to 5 years in the bottle, depending on the vintage, more complex notes appear, such as pear, quince, dried fruits or toasted almonds.

Perfect with shellfish, seafood or creamed poultry.
