Origin
Mâcon-Vinzelles "Les Morandes" is from our best terroirs of Mâcon-Vinzelles located just above the Cave des Grands Crus Blancs. The terroir is very stony clay and limestone, resulting in a rapid heating of the land, especially as the exposure is to the South-East.
Colour:
An intense pale gold.
Nose:
Intense with mineral notes, ripe fruit and hawthorn.
Taste:
Powerful and full-bodied with dominating ripe fruit (yellow peach, apricot) to finish with honeyed notes. A beautiful aromatic persistence.
Food-wine pairings:
Aperitifs, it is sublime with seafood, river fish and white meats in sauce.

Ageing: 2 to 3 years
