Origin

Saint-Amour is one of the 10 Beaujolais crus. Gamay is wonderfully expressed on the granite arena (sand) resulting from the millennial erosion of the Massif Central to offer us a wine to drink on all occasions with friends… or as a couple.

Sustained ranging from ruby red to garnet.
Nose

Nose:

Lots of finesse combining notes of ripe fruit and spicy notes.
Taste

Taste:

Clean and supported with melted and racy tannins. It is a wine of pleasure, to drink "on the fruit", in its youth.

Perfect with grilled red meats or in sauce, as well as with refined cheeses.
